Outstanding service!

We recently had a failure of our pods being able to load. We discovered a break in the receiver portion of the grinder. We called and received excellent service. A return postal bar code sticker was sent within hours. We put it on a box and sent it back as directed. We received an immediate turn around with a new grinder and a new pod within days. Most excellent! Thank you!

We really like the Finamill. I love the fact that there is one tool and not 2 or 3. The ability to change from Salt to pepper easily is great. We had an issue with the Tool and Finamil Worked with us to determine a replacement so necessary and shipped it for free under warrentee, This was a sign of a great product/company. we give this high Praise.

Wanted S/P near the stove, but limited space. Having one motor unit for 3 pods is easy because the pods separate like magic.
One driver = less batteries in use.
