The Grater actually works better than I anticipated. Out of the box, I thought that it would have problems grating whole nutmeg and cinnimon sticks; but was surprised.

I mostly use it for nutmeg. It seems to be finicky as to how much of a nutmeg pod I can put in and still have it work

I like to use freshly grated nutmeg in a lot of recipes and this is by far the best way to grate it.
