Lemon-Maple Tahini Vinaigrette

This Lemon-Maple Tahini Vinaigrette is bright, creamy, and full of bold flavor. Fresh lemon juice brings a zesty punch, while pure maple syrup balances the sharpness with a subtle depth. Tahini—a smooth, nutty paste made from ground sesame seeds—adds richness and a naturally creamy texture without any dairy or heavy ingredients. Spices like cumin and coriander add a hint of complexity, making this dressing perfect for salads, grain bowls, or drizzling over roasted vegetables.

Directions:

  1. Grind the whole spices with your FinaMill in the designated FinaMill Pods. Add all ingredients except the water to a blender. A bullet-style blender works well here.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Gradually add water, a little at a time, blending between additions until the vinaigrette reaches your desired consistency. Some tahini brands are thicker than others, so you may need up to 1/2 cup of water.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more lemon juice, salt, or maple syrup if needed.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Shake or stir before using.
