Classic Wedge Salad
- 1 head iceberg lets
- 8 slices of bacon (crumbled)
- 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes (halved)
- ½ cup red onion (minced)
- Blue cheese dressing
- Slice the head of iceberg lettuce into quarters.
- Plate each quarter (wedge) on a separate plate
- Top with blue cheese dressing to taste
- Add crumbled bacon, minced onions, halved cherry tomatoes, and pecans
- Use FinaMill to garnish with coarse black pepper to taste.
- Serve and enjoy!
